Marcel Chouchard is an amazing artist. His subject matter is what brought tears to my eyes. So intimate and touching, his colours are equally glorious capturing and expressing light. However, again, how the subject matter was expressed showed his close connection and impressed me dearly. Thank you for introducing me to this fabulous artist.

Hello Friends, here is the work of Marcel Couchaux, a French painter of the School of Rouen, an artist who loved to capture animals and compositions of the peasant life. He did not produce many paintings because he liked to recreate himself in each of his works. You can see his works in The Museum of Fine Arts in Rouen. He exhibited at the salon of the national society Fine arts in 1931. Active in Rouen, he was attracted by the representation of the peasant life of the surrounding countryside, but he became a very good animal painter, he loved to paint chickens, roosters, Geese, etc. His style was a broad brush with light touches, although over time he also painted with a spatula. Wow, thank you Mr Rollo! Such beautiful presentation of N. Fechin. It’s a big name in China where art loving kids grew up with. Russian cultures (or of the Soviet Union) especially art were the only ones they allowed to be exposed to then. There is also a portrait of Lenin in it. ❤
